I used to host with GoDaddy, and when calling about a simple domain issue, I get put on hold for 30 minutes, tossed around to 4 different reps, and still no solution or even half-answer. FMyHost.

I bought a reseller service from AQNS hosting a while ago, their promises worked, but their server was down almost all of the time. Very slow service. Not to mention clients' problems, they were also very angry because MySQL rarely worked; it didn't even work long enough for a simply WordPress installation.

I called them to get my money back and they won't even let me cancel my service. After 3 hours with PayPal, I finally get the service cancelled without any refund! FMyHost.

I bought a reseller service from host rocket and half of the time it wasn't even working. I call the sales team and I ask for a backup, and they won't even back the service up! FMyHost

I tried to cancel hosting with fatcow to move to a grid server but they claimed there would be a $20 charge to quite. I thought it was out of order but I went through with it. Then I got an automated email telling me the charge has been waved as I am a valued customer. Basically your a traitor but then suddenly they try and look good again...

I used a webair "vps" and I didn't even get shell access. I hate their service. Their MySQL server is so slow. I call them and it's fast, but after an hour it gets so slow again

I've been hosting with 1and1 for a week, and I put my site up there. It's a WordPress site, and they screwed up the table structure. No big deal, I'll call them and they will have a backup. I called them and was on hold for 1 hour and no backup. They told me I was screwed, so screw them. FMyHost.

I got a dv service from mediatemple, their update broke my site, and they dont help with website code. FMyHost.
